Location:  The parcels are located at 6464 Koki Lane, on the south side of Pleasant Valley Road, approximately 600 feet west of the intersection with Koki Lane in the El Dorado area.

Project Description:  Annexation of APNs 331-221-035 and 331-221-036 (approximately 8.08 acres) into the El Dorado Irrigation District (EID) for water and sewer service.

Purpose:  Annexation into EID is requested by the landowner to obtain water and wastewater services to support the development of the El Dorado Senior Village Apartments. 

As revised, this project includes an affordable, age-restricted community housing development, including two multi-unit residential buildings with a total of 144 rental units, two 1,600 square-foot commercial buildings with leasing office and amenity space available for use by residents and their guests, 220 parking spaces, and approximately 2.3 acres of landscaped/active recreation area.

Design Review Permit DR20-0001 was approved by the El Dorado County Planning Commission on August 27, 2020 in accordance with the provisions of California Senate Bill 35 (Streamlined Ministerial Approval of Affordable Housing).
