NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the El Dorado Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, on April 27, 2022 in the Board of Supervisors Hearing Room in Building A, El Dorado County Government Center, located at 330 Fair Lane, Placerville, California 95667. 

The public hearings scheduled for the April 27, 2022 meeting are as follows:

1.    Public hearing to consider and adopt CEQA Categorical Exemption §15320 for, and updates to, the spheres of influence for the following fire suppression and emergency services agencies:  Cameron Park Community Services District, City of South Lake Tahoe Fire Department, County Service Areas 3 & 7, Diamond Springs/El Dorado Fire Protection District, El Dorado County Fire Protection District, El Dorado Hills County Water District, Fallen Leaf Lake Community Services District, Garden Valley Fire Protection District, Georgetown Fire Protection District, Lake Valley Fire Protection District, Latrobe Fire Protection District, Meeks Bay Fire Protection District, Mosquito Fire Protection District, Pioneer Fire Protection District, and Rescue Fire Protection District (LAFCO Project No. 2020-02). 

2.    Public hearing to consider amending the LAFCO Budget for Fiscal Year 2021-2022.  The proposed amendment would reallocate projected savings from multiple categories to Professional Services – MSR Outsourcing.
