NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the El Dorado Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, on June 28, 2023 in the Board of Supervisors Hearing Room in Building A, El Dorado County Government Center, located at 330 Fair Lane, Placerville, California 95667.

The public hearing scheduled on June 28, 2023 is to consider the following:

1. The Greenstone Country Community Services District Municipal Services Review and Sphere of Influence Update and CEQA statutory exemption §15061(b)(3); LAFCO Project No. 2022-03.

Meeting materials will be available five days before the meeting. Any person may submit oral or written comments. Staff will distribute written comments to the Commission if submitted 24 hours before the meeting.
